    Course Overview

    The Medicare agent's role in an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) transition is unlike any engagement in traditional Medicare for an agent. It requires orchestrating a multi-stakeholder process across an employer, HR team, benefit broker, ICHRA administration platform, and a group of employees, each with different knowledge levels, incentives, and timelines.This course teaches the Medicare agent how to manage this complexity: how to establish referral relationships with benefit brokers, how to navigate the ICHRA platform partnership, how to keep the HR manager informed, and how to maintain oversight of the full implementation without creating confusion about roles.
