Refund Policy 

Refunds will be issued only if a written request is received prior to the learner accessing any course content, including but not limited to videos, quizzes, exams, or downloadable materials.


Once a learner has accessed any portion of the course, initiated an assessment, or a course
completion has been reported or is eligible to be reported to a state Department of Insurance, no
refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) business days of purchase and before any course activity has occurred. Refunds will not be granted for: failure to complete the course; failure to pass an examination; expired courses; or technical issues related to the learner’s equipment, internet access, or user error.

If Saidi Academy cancels a course, a full refund or course transfer will be offered.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

State Specific Refund Policies

California

On-Demand (Self-Paced) Courses: A full refund will be issued if a student requests cancellation within
five (5) calendar days of enrollment, provided less than 25% of the course content has been accessed
or completed. No refunds will be issued once 25% or more of the course content has been accessed,
completed in full, or CE credit has been reported to the California Department of Insurance.

Live or Live-Virtual Instructor-Led Courses: A full refund will be issued if a written cancellation request
is received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled course start time.

No refunds will be issued for requests received within 48 hours of the course start time or for non-attendance.
Course Cancellation by Saidi Academy: Enrolled students will receive a full refund or may elect to
transfer enrollment to a future course date at no additional cost.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 7–10
business days. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Once CE credit has been submitted to the California Department of Insurance, enrollment is final and
non-refundable.

Pennsylvania 

Self-Study Courses: Refund issued only if written request is received within five (5) business days of
purchase AND the learner has not accessed any portion of the course content AND the course has not
been completed, partially completed, or reported to the Pennsylvania Insurance Department.

Classroom / Live Webinar Courses: Refund issued only if written request is received at least forty-
eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled course start date AND the learner has not attended or logged
into the session.

No refunds for: accessed content; started/attempted quiz or exam; credit submitted or eligible for
submission to PID; failure to complete; failed exams; expired courses; or technical issues due to
learner’s equipment.

Approved refunds issued to original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
