    Course Overview

    This course examines the key stakeholder personas involved in an ICHRA-Medicare transition workflow and defines the responsibilities of each. Licensed Medicare agents will learn how employees age 65 and older, HR managers, benefit brokers, and ICHRA administration platforms each interact within the process, and where the Medicare agent's licensed role begins and ends. Emphasis is placed on collaboration, communication responsibilities, and compliance boundaries specific to the agent's role in this multi-party workflow.
