Enrollment Agreement
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
By enrolling in a Saidi Academy Continuing Education (CE) course, the student affirms that they are a licensed insurance producer or professional seeking CE credit in Select states where Saidi Academy is approved and that all information provided during enrollment is accurate and complete.
2. Course Access & Completion
Courses are delivered in a Non-Contact, self-paced format through the provider’s Learning Management System (LMS). Students are granted access upon enrollment and must complete all course requirements within the timeframe specified at registration.
3. Fees & Refund Policy
Course fees are disclosed prior to enrollment. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the provider’s published refund policy, which is made available to students prior to purchase.
4. Exam & Credit Requirements
To earn CE credit, students must complete all instructional content and pass the final examination with a score of 70% or higher. Exam integrity is maintained in accordance with state CE requirements.
5. Reporting & Records
Upon successful course completion, Saidi Academy will report CE credit to the appropriate state of regulatory authority in accordance with state reporting timelines. Students are responsible for retaining completion records for their personal files.
6. Student Acknowledgment
By enrolling, the student agrees to abide by all course policies, state CE regulations, and provider requirements.
