Continuing education credits availability depends on the specific course and whether Saidi Academy is approved as a provider in the agent’s resident state.
Even if CE credits are not available in your state, you can still complete the training and receive the professional specialist certification.
Is continuing education available in all states?
No, Saidi Academy currently only offers continuing education credits in a select list of approved states ( CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, KS, MO, NV, NJ, NY, OH, and PA - more states coming soon!)
Agents located in those states can apply the course toward their license renewal requirements.
Agents in other states can still complete the certification even if CE credits are not available.

The Medicare-ICHRA Specialist Certification is Saidi Academy’s first specialized training program.
This certification teaches insurance professionals how Medicare and Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) interact and how agents can effectively advise clients within this emerging benefits model.
Agents who complete the certification gain a clear understanding of how to identify opportunities, structure solutions, and support clients navigating Medicare-ICHRA scenarios.

As employer-sponsored health benefits continue evolving, models like ICHRA are becoming more common.

How many hours do I need to dedicate to this certification?
The certification includes a combination of self-study courses and webinars. The entire training is 10 Credit Hours (10 hours total).
Typical time commitment:
• Approximately 2.5 hours per self-study course
• Approximately 1 hour per webinar
Will I need to take an exit exam to receive the certification?
No. Saidi Academy does not require a final exit exam for this certification.
Instead, the course includes assessments throughout the self-study modules to confirm understanding as you progress through the material.
For webinars, completion is based on monitored attendance similar to continuing education webinars.
Do I need to be a Resident Agent in the approved states to receive the specialist certification?
No. You can qualify for the certification in all 50 states and we are adding new states on a monthly basis!
The difference is that if you are located in one of the states where Saidi Academy offers continuing education, you can also obtain CE credit toward your license renewal.
CE credit has no effect on the certification itself.
When will the certification be available?
The Medicare-ICHRA Specialist Certification will launch as the first course offered through Saidi Academy.
